What we're looking for
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering, monitoring, or related cybersecurity roles.
Practical experience with logging, monitoring, and SIEM/dashboarding tools such as AWS GuardDuty, Sumo Logic, Grafana, CrowdStrike, DataDog, Splunk, or Thycotic.
Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Hands-on experience with at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Shell, or Go.
Working knowledge of cloud orchestration and container platforms such as Kubernetes and/or OpenStack.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Security+, GSEC, CISSP) are preferred; familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, Lockheed Martin Cyber Kill Chain, F5 products, and FedRAMP environments are also preferred.
