Security, Education, Training and Awareness Manager

What you'll do

• Manage and scale the SETA program by designing training across in-person and digital channels.
• Develop internal training initiatives to bridge the gap between security protocols and classified programs.
• Partner with leadership to update annual refresher courses and assign program-specific training.
• Conduct engaging onboarding briefings, debriefings, and compliance training for all personnel.
• Maintain tracking metrics, update internal databases, and provide detailed security status reports.
• Establish a Security Speaker Series by partnering with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.
• Lead enterprise-wide awareness campaigns, workshops, and tabletop discussions to promote a proactive security culture.

What we're looking for

• Must hold a current U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with DoD 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and applicable Intelligence Community Standards (ICS).
• Proven experience in instructional systems design and educational methodologies to create effective training programs.
• Ability to deliver high-impact briefings and communicate professionally in both oral and written formats.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging training materials across multiple channels including in-person and digital platforms.
• Ability to translate complex security policies into clear, actionable resources for all personnel levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale programs and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
