Daily tasks include facilitating sprint ceremonies, collaborating with software developers and product owners on project planning and design, and demonstrating progress to stakeholders. Ideal candidates possess 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, are certified by the Scrum Alliance, and have hands-on experience in scaled agile environments using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps. They should also excel in stakeholder management, coaching for self-organization, and applying Lean Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for
US Citizenship with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – active renewal required
Minimum 5 years experience as a Scrum Master with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of facilitating Agile ceremonies and scaled agile environments
Strong stakeholder management skills, coordinating with product owners and business leaders
Proficiency with Agile tooling such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro
