What you'll do
Facilitate Agile/SCRUM ceremonies including DSU's, Sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
Partner with Product Owner to form execution delivery plans and manage project progress.
Identify improvement opportunities to optimize team velocity and quality while mitigating risks.
Serve as a filter to remove impediments to progress identified by the team.
Assess Scrum Maturity of teams and coach them to higher levels of maturity sustainably.
What we're looking for
Proven ability to manage and facilitate multiple Scrum teams.
5+ years of experience using Agile tools like Rally or Jira.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a Value Stream.
Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework and servant leadership principles.
