Ensure adherence to Agile principles and coach teams on Scrum framework execution.
Remove impediments and protect the team from external disruptions.
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, demos, and decision-making processes.
Partner with Product Owner to prioritize backlog items based on business value.
Organize and track progress through ceremonies and identify improvement opportunities.
Integrate AI-assisted development tools into software engineering workflows.
What we're looking for
Proven ability to manage 2-3 Scrum Teams and run all scrum and PI planning events.
Expertise in Agile Methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and XP at scale.
