This role involves designing multi-domain simulation capabilities, integrating system performance into operational analysis, and building toolsets representing the find, fix, target, track, engage, and assess chain. The position requires integrating Government-off-the-Shelf and Customer-off-the-Shelf simulations into existing software infrastructure. Key technologies include AFSIM, MATLAB, STK, Unity-game engines, and MBSE tools like Cameo, ModelCenter, DOORS, and Rhapsody. Candidates must utilize scripting languages such as Python, C++, C#, and R within Agile development frameworks using JIRA, Confluence, and Git. The work addresses complex mission analysis, operational planning, and capability development for U.S. military and government agencies.

What you'll do

Design multi-domain simulation capabilities using AFSIM, MATLAB, and STK to support technology roadmaps and research.
Integrate GOTS and COTS simulations, frameworks, and models into existing software infrastructure.
Build and maintain analytic toolsets representing the find, fix, target, track, engage, and assess (F2T2EA) chain.
Develop simulation software, troubleshoot existing capabilities, and create software designs and test plans for programs and pursuits.
Support requirements development, system verification, and concept of operations (CONOPS) development with technical leaders.
Document model specifications and maintain configuration management protocols for a repository of simulation capabilities.
Direct experienced professionals and associate managers while establishing short-term operational plans and roadmaps.
Provide coaching and mentorship to junior technical talent across the Mission Analysis Group.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree and 10 years of related experience, or 16 years of experience without a degree.
Active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
Ability to obtain TS/SCI/SAP clearance.
Professional experience executing simulation in MS&A analytic tools and frameworks such as AFSIM or STK.
4+ years of experience integrating systems simulations with MBSE tools like Cameo, ModelCenter, DOORS, or Rhapsody.
4+ years of experience with scripting languages including Python, C++, C#, R, or MATLAB.
Professional experience with Agile development methodology, version control, and Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
U.S. citizens.
