What you'll do

Lead and direct experienced professionals and associate managers to achieve operational goals.
Design multi-domain simulation capabilities using AFSIM, MATLAB, and STK.
Integrate GOTS and COTS simulations and analytic toolsets into existing software infrastructure.
Build and maintain analytic toolsets representing the find, fix, target, track, engage, and assess (F2T2EA) chain.
Document model specifications and maintain configuration management protocols for simulation repositories.
Develop simulation software, troubleshoot existing capabilities, and create software designs and test plans.
Support requirements development, system verification, and concept of operations (CONOPS) with technical SMEs.
Coach and mentor junior technical talent across the Mission Analysis Group.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree and 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
Ability to obtain TS/SCI/SAP clearance.
Professional experience executing simulations in MS&A analytic tools and frameworks such as AFSIM or STK.
4+ years of experience integrating systems simulations with MBSE tools like Cameo, ModelCenter, DOORS, or Rhapsody.
4+ years of experience with scripting languages including Python, C++, C#, R, or MATLAB.
Professional experience with Agile development methodology and Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
U.S. citizens.
