SCCM/Windows Systems Administrator

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain Windows server environments in edge and disconnected networks.
• Execute security patch deployment and updates to ensure compliance with DoD and DIA standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows servers and VMware platforms across various environments.
• Develop and update technical documentation including runbooks, as-built diagrams, and compliance records.
• Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) services for certificate issuance, renewal, revocation in Windows environments.
• Provide Tier II/III engineering support, including on-call duties during mission-critical operations.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated expertise in Windows server administration, patching, and lifecycle management.
• 5+ years of hands-on VMware experience supporting Windows infrastructure.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation in enterprise environments.
• Experience authoring and maintaining system documentation (runbooks, SOPs).
• Understanding of RMF, STIGs, and DoD IA compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of PKI concepts including certificate enrollment and revocation processes.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required or willingness to obtain.
