Windows/Intune System Administrator

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Intune-related issues in device configuration and policy application.
• Provide hands-on desktop support including OS, hardware, and user-facing issues in an enterprise environment.
• Diagnose and address network connectivity issues such as firewall rules and DNS problems.
• Navigate and resolve security compliance challenges involving endpoint hardening and policy enforcement.
• Administer Windows operating systems with peripheral device management and VOIP operations experience.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or relevant field with 3+ years of practical experience.
• Ability to obtain public trust clearance and manage work tasks independently using M365 tools.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune-managed enterprise desktops, including Windows OS troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues across multiple domains without rigid team boundaries.
• Experience with network access controls, security compliance, and regulatory policies in Azure Entra and Intune environments.
