What you'll do

Lead technical program management for service product development from initiation to release.
Work closely with equipment BU NPI teams and field service teams to develop AGS service products.
Spearhead AIx growth engine to enable new service product offers and define support plans.
Conduct customer Technical Review Meetings and lead Core Teams on NPI evaluation and demos at customer sites.
Interface with BU, FSO/PSE, and customer teams regarding technical requirements, analysis, schedule, deliverables, and closure.
Create marketing collateral and training materials for new service products to train sales and BD teams.

What we're looking for

Over five years of experience in Dielectric Deposition/Atomic Layer Deposition semiconductor equipment.
Strong technical knowledge in process engineering and hardware design for semiconductor equipment.
Experience in customer fab operations and service product development.
Proficiency in program management and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Business acumen with awareness of the competitive landscape in the semiconductor industry.
