Senior SAP Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions using ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and the RAP model.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical designs that align with corporate architecture standards.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Perform advanced debugging and performance optimization to resolve complex technical and integration issues.
• Utilize AI-powered developer tools to improve code quality, documentation, and overall delivery speed.
• Mentor junior developers on modern SAP practices, coding standards, and the use of AI tools.
• Provide accurate development estimates and manage project timelines using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Math, Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent military experience/8 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Full Stack Developer (8 or more years preferred).
• Experience with at least three full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP).
• Proficiency in OData Services, SAP Workflow, IDocs, Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, and other SAP extensibility frameworks.
• Experience with S/4HANA, including custom code remediation and performance optimization.
• Exposure to SAP integration and cloud technologies like SAP PI/PO, BTP, and Integration Suite (preferred).
• Ability to work legally in the United States.
