What you'll do

  • Define and prioritize business and functional requirements for Salesforce solutions.
  • Monitor quality management processes, conduct milestone reviews, and drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Delivery/Functional lead role including project management and technology implementation.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in managing teams within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Experience supporting Patient Services and Life Sciences clients.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or similar pharma/biotech CRM platforms.
  • Ability to deliver projects using Agile methodologies and adapt delivery methods based on client needs.
