What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce delivery experience, including functional and technical roles.
  • Experience in full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations for Life Sciences clients.
  • Proficiency with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud beneficial.
  • Comfortable working in multi-shore delivery environments and across distributed teams.
