What you'll do

Design and develop Salesforce-based contact center solutions aligned with project objectives.

What we're looking for

Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in Federal programs.
Experience integrating Salesforce with Amazon Connect and other cloud IVR/ACD platforms.
Certified as a Salesforce Platform Administrator and Developer I.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Experience Cloud, and APIs.
Proven ability to work within Agile environments using standard tooling.
Understanding of security concepts including SSO, MFA, and encryption.
