What you'll do

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce-based contact center solutions for Federal agencies.

  • Provide technical leadership to development teams through code reviews, mentoring, and design oversight.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with at least 8 years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, including Federal program experience.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering solutions in Salesforce Government Cloud environments.
  • Strong experience integrating Salesforce with Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center platforms.
  • Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Platform Administrator; at least two advanced certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II).
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Lightning Components, Experience Cloud, and APIs.
  • Proficiency in modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) and experience with declarative tools like Flow and Lightning App Builder.
