What we're looking for
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
Strong expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Proficiency in data modeling, custom objects, relationships, triggers, flows, and automation logic.
Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, performance tuning, bulk operations, and best practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership experience in mentoring other developers or leading code reviews.
