RWD Scientist

What you'll do

• Design observational studies to address clinical, operational, regulatory, or payer questions.
• Identify relevant real-world data sources and perform feasibility assessments.
• Apply observational study methodology to interpret results from various studies.
• Build expertise in novel data types, statistical methods, and advanced analytical methodologies.
• Execute data analysis using statistical software such as R, SAS, or Python.
• Ensure compliance and quality by working within established guidelines and data science processes.
• Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in real-world data methodology and delivery.

What we're looking for

• Hold a Master’s or PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with healthcare or real-world data in applied research settings.
• Have an advanced degree with 0-2 years of equivalent work experience.
• Have experience using statistical software such as R, SAS, or Python for data analysis.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Exhibit strategic agility, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working in agile project teams or regulated environments (preferred).
• Exposure to pharmacoepidemiology, HEOR, or experience in cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease therapeutic areas (preferred).
