What you'll do

  • Define and execute the technical roadmap for specialized vertical features.
  • Direct the convergence of in-store POS hardware with online storefronts.
  • Manage and scale a multi-functional engineering organization of about 50 members.
  • Oversee the transition of legacy systems into high-availability, cloud-native microservices.
  • Drive the development of Clover’s Android-based POS software for seamless integration.
  • Establish an architectural vision using modern technology stacks and frameworks.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 15 years of software engineering experience with at least 7+ years in executive leadership managing large-scale organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of the POS ecosystem, specifically within Restaurant (FSR/QSR) and Food/beverages industry.
  • Proven experience building omnichannel systems that synchronize In-store and eCommerce data flows.
  • Expert-level understanding of AWS/GCP, microservices architecture, and high-concurrency distributed systems.
  • Significant experience with Android OS at scale, including app performance optimization and hardware-software interfacing.
