As a senior logic designer on Qualcomm’s AI/ML processor team, you will collaborate closely with architects and micro-architects to provide critical feedback on power, performance, and area (PPA) for design features. Your daily tasks include performing logic synthesis, early static timing analysis, and power estimation before full implementation, as well as evaluating the entire design process from instruction set architecture to RTL implementation. You will utilize system tools such as digital design simulators and power estimation engines while troubleshooting issues with design flows and tools. The role requires strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, and Shell, familiarity with SystemVerilog and RTL concepts, and experience with Git for version control. This position demands excellent communication and teamwork abilities to contribute effectively to the development of cutting-edge AI/ML processors used across various applications.
