What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years of software, data, or ML engineering experience with production-level Python, pandas, and SQL.
Demonstrated experience shipping LLM-enabled features for real users using RAG, text-to-SQL, and agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
Proven ability to manage prompt engineering as code through versioning, testing against fixed inputs, and evaluation-gated releases.
Working knowledge of generative system evaluation practices including rubric-based grading, hallucination measurement, and coverage metrics.
Proficiency in the Azure data and AI stack, including Databricks, Synapse, MLflow, and Azure OpenAI Service.
Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, observability, API design, and cloud deployment.
