RF Comms Systems Integration and Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and execute 3GPP-based testing for satellite to ground networks.
• Debug advanced PHY/MAC and beamforming radio systems in state-of-the-art satellites.
• Characterize performance and analyze data to root-cause system-level issues.
• Develop test bring-up procedures using Linux, Python, bash scripting.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to integrate RF, ASIC, SW components.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with RF lab equipment for bring-up, test, and integration activities.
• Strong understanding of OFDM and MIMO-based wireless systems across baseband and RF domains.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python/Perl/Matlab for automation and testing.
• Knowledge of 3GPP NTN and ORAN standards for conformance testing.
• Background in LTE, 5G/6G protocols including RLC, PDCP, RRC, and RAN.
• Experience with wireless synchronization techniques and signal generators/spectrum analyzers.
