What you'll do

  • Develop, analyze, and verify system level requirements for complex projects.
  • Plan and coordinate the verification and validation process to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with customers and contractors to execute verification analyses and tests.
  • Organize and conduct system-level technical reviews to assess project status.
  • Convert customer or product requirements into feasible system solutions within constraints.
  • Provide systems engineering support, including risk management and architecture evaluation.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical STEM field.
  • 3+ years of systems engineering experience with requirements decomposition and verification planning.
  • Experience using Model Based Systems Engineering tools like Cameo, Rhapsody, etc.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance; US Citizenship required.
  • Strong skills in managing project timelines and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency with digital engineering tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, 3DX, and Cameo.
