Essential skills also include a solid understanding of data modeling concepts and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.

What you'll do

Design and build high-complexity Power BI dashboards backed by governed semantic models.
Develop end-to-end reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric components like Lakehouse and pipelines.
Independently design financial and operational reporting logic for enterprise reuse.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, performant data designs.
Ensure report integrity through data modeling best practices and user acceptance testing.
Drive automation efforts to reduce manual reporting and improve refresh reliability.
Apply strong data visualization principles to support data-driven decision-making.

What we're looking for

3+ years of business intelligence or analytics experience
Expertise in Power BI with report design, DAX, semantic modeling
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar Lakehouse technologies
Strong data modeling skills including star schemas and reusable metrics
Background in financial and operational reporting for large enterprises
Ability to work independently on multiple projects and manage stakeholders
