What you'll do

Design, develop, and troubleshoot creative software solutions to solve complex technical problems.
Write secure, high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging code written by others.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Establish consistent validation standards for automated testing, peer reviews, and secure coding practices.
Automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve the operational stability of software systems.
Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical feasibility.
Integrate AI-assisted development tools into the Software Development Life Cycle to enhance automation value.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience for NAMR, APAC, India, LATAM, or Hong Kong roles; advanced experience for EMEA/LATAM-Brazil.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and establishing validation standards.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity and secure handling within engineering workflows.
Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, security, and cloud native technologies.
