What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in paid media with a focus on performance marketing and analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; master’s preferred.
  • Deep expertise in SEM, paid social, programmatic, and conversion-focused media strategy.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Analytics and other performance reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing agency partnerships and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate data-driven insights.
