Experience in fintech or crypto is preferred as you tackle the unique challenges of scaling user acquisition for high-consideration consumer financial products.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end strategy for global paid performance channels to meet new user acquisition targets.
  • Drive testing agendas across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to optimize channel performance.
  • Design experiments with Data Science to connect channel performance to downstream business outcomes.
  • Lead platform relationships to unlock new capabilities and joint growth plans with key partners.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards for clear visibility by geography, product, and channel.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience across paid search, social, and mobile channels.
  • Proven ability to manage large media budgets and improve user acquisition efficiency in multiple markets.
  • Strong technical skills with LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, and automation tools for growth experimentation.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in BI tools for building tests, interpreting results, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in full-funnel measurement including event strategy and incrementality testing across app and web.
  • B2C experience required; fintech or crypto industry background preferred.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
