Red and Blue Team Engineer

What you'll do

• Identify common vulnerabilities and recommend security strategies to defend critical networks.
• Oversee the development and implementation of security solutions for military networks.
• Probe targets using network-based analysis tools like Metasploit and the MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
• Match specific attack vectors to tools, capabilities, and mission intent using available information.
• Develop a practical cyber range to train the next generation of offensive cyber talent.
• Craft real-world scenarios on a large-scale training platform.
• Generate realistic vulnerabilities and complex, multi-stage attack scenarios for training purposes.
• Interconnect network environments like virtual cyber ranges to physical OT devices.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a network architect or engineer in Network Operation Center style environments.
• Experience with DCO or OCO supporting the DCO defendable space or the OCO infrastructure for Red Team attack vectors.
• Experience interconnecting network environments like virtual cyber ranges to physical OT devices.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• High school diploma or GED.
• GIAC Cloud Penetration Testing (GCPN) Certification.
• Experience working with senior military leaders (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and share knowledge or mentor new staff (preferred).
