The Real Estate Data Analyst joins the Global Workplace Services team to serve as the accountable owner of data management and quality for the corporate real estate portfolio. This role focuses on ensuring data integrity by managing validation frameworks, auditing records across source systems, and reconciling discrepancies into a single source of truth. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining business reference values, creating data dictionaries, and producing recurring reports and dashboards to support scenario planning and demand analysis. The position requires proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and SQL or Python for data extraction and cleanup. Candidates should possess skills in data governance, master-data management, and financial analysis. The role addresses the critical need for reliable data regarding attendance, occupancy, and lease information within a complex real estate environment involving CAFM, IWMS, and SAP systems.
Manage the data validation framework for real estate records including attendance, headcount, buildings, leases, and space.
Maintain business reference values, mapping systems, and alignment between finance codes and internal reporting standards.
Execute recurring audit cycles to identify, flag, and correct errors while reducing duplicate data entries.
Develop and maintain automated dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI for occupancy and utilization metrics.
Provide clean datasets and visual analysis to support scenario planning and transaction-pipeline reporting.
Identify and implement automation solutions, such as AI-assisted or rules-based approaches, to reduce manual data correction cycles.
Collaborate with technology teams to maintain the health and scalability of CAFM, IWMS, and space-management systems.
What we're looking for
Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field.
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field and 2+ years of experience in data analysis, science, business intelligence, or financial analysis.
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Experience with data quality, data validation, data governance, or master-data management (preferred).
Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python or R for data extraction, cleanup, and analysis (preferred).
Familiarity with corporate real estate data and systems such as CAFM, IWMS, space-management, or ERP systems like SAP (preferred).
Experience building dashboards and recurring reporting in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (preferred).
Attention to detail and the ability to translate data into clear insights; interest in the corporate real estate industry (preferred).
