What you'll do

  • Develop new thermally conductive adhesive and thermal interface material formulations.

  • Plan and execute rigorous testing programs for internal and customer validation.
  • Maintain hands-on presence in the lab, executing experiments and troubleshooting issues.
  • Apply statistical methods and LIMS systems for data capture and analysis.

What we're looking for

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field (PhD preferred)
  • Proven hands-on laboratory experience in applied R&D
  • Strong foundation in polymer chemistry, formulations, and materials characterization
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with data-driven methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural teams
  • Business fluency in German and English
