As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate - Trust & Security within the Commerce Enablement Analytics team, you will join the Data and Analytics organization to support the Trust and Security data work stream. You will be responsible for developing analytical approaches to improve fraud and scam prevention while balancing customer satisfaction. Your daily work involves creating comprehensive data strategy roadmaps, translating business priorities into actionable initiatives, and collaborating with product owners and executive leadership to promote data-driven decision-making. You will manage complex projects, optimize analytical models, and integrate data discoveries into operational capabilities. The role requires expertise in SQL, AWS, Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Python, R, and Adobe Analytics. Candidates should possess skills in defining business KPIs, establishing measurement frameworks, and applying techniques like machine learning, regressions, and behavioral analytics within the financial services domain.
Develop analytical approaches to identify opportunities for improving fraud and scam prevention efforts.
Create and maintain a comprehensive data strategy roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Translate complex business priorities into actionable data initiatives for various stakeholders.
Communicate vision, goals, and roadmaps to executive leadership to promote data-driven decision-making.
Monitor and optimize data processes, analytical models, and infrastructure to drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field such as Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Physics, or Data Science.
4+ years of industry experience in Data & Analytics.
Prior experience in digital and/or product analytics with an in-depth understanding of common digital metrics and definitions.
Experience with modern analytics tools including SQL, AWS, Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Python, R, and Adobe Analytics.
Demonstrated ability to define business KPIs and establish measurement frameworks.
Superior written and oral communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
Advanced degree in a relevant quantitative field (preferred).
