What you'll do

Analyze digital customer behaviors and visualize data to craft compelling narratives driving action.
Identify opportunities for enhancing Digital CSAT, Engagement, and Deepening through deep-dive analyses.
Serve as a subject matter expert in Digital data, providing consultation to the broader Data & Analytics organization.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in analyzing customer experiences and digital products/usage
Proven ability to solve problems using data and build new analytics capabilities
Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills for all management levels
Experience with querying big data platforms and proficiency in SAS/SQL
Bachelor’s degree required (data science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields)
Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools like Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau
Expertise in identifying opportunities through deep-dive analyses for customer engagement
