What we're looking for

Graduate or post-graduate degree in quantitative disciplines like Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning.
At least 6 years of hands-on analytics experience in banking strategic analytics with proficiency in Python, SQL, and visualization tools such as Tableau.
Strong statistical foundation with practical experience in pricing analytics including elasticity estimation, A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation frameworks.
Advanced skills in big data ETL processes for structured and unstructured databases using AWS, Spark/EMR, Snowflake, and other relevant technologies.
Excellent communication abilities to translate complex models into clear explanations for cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Experience with enterprise AI enablement programs, LLM-assisted workflows, and analytics transformation initiatives.
