What you'll do

Monitor and resolve issues related to nonconforming materials in manufacturing.
Review and provide feedback on Manufacturing Work Instructions.
Lead containment efforts for nonconforming items and ensure timely investigative tasks.
Track and report MRB metrics weekly to maintain quality standards.
Conduct internal audits of processes and procedures as directed.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality/engineering roles
Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Experience supporting hardware development and quality management in manufacturing
TS/SCI security clearance required
Ability to lead containment of nonconforming items and manage internal triage
Conduct weekly tracking and reporting of MRB metrics
Stay updated with new inspection technologies and recommend process improvements
