Quality Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead quality engineering and test automation for the enterprise Contact Center CRM platform.
• Define and execute modern QA strategies aligned with Agile delivery and automation-first practices.
• Develop and maintain API and UI automation using tools like Selenium, Rest Assure, and Java.
• Enable CI/CD pipelines and integrate emerging AI quality assurance testing approaches.
• Validate AI-powered agents using structured evaluation metrics and LLM-based testing.
• Perform end-to-end validation of CRM workflows integrated with Aetna core systems.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of membership and benefit data within the CRM.
• Mentor scrum teams on new QA technologies and software engineering best practices.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience with software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience as a quality assurance engineering lead, mentoring scrum teams.
• 3+ years of experience with QA test automation tools including Selenium, Gherkins, Rest Assure, Java, Apache POI, and GitHub.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools like RTC, RQM, Jira, HP ALM, or Rally.
• 4 years of Bachelors or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare/Insurance domain (preferred).
• Experience in Salesforce software quality assurance (preferred).
• Proven experience working with onshore and offshore colleagues or contractors (preferred).
