What you'll do

Own quality for end-to-end Ad Client experiences by prioritizing high-risk user journeys.
Define and drive the test strategy for new features and premium experiences.
Build and maintain high-signal automation for critical paths like accessibility, privacy, and compatibility.
Diagnose, debug, and perform root cause analysis for defects while collaborating on resolutions.
Use AI tools to accelerate development and drive engineering efficiency.
Own release readiness and quality sign-off for the assigned feature domain.
Review code and test pull requests across platforms to maintain high quality standards.
Map cross-team dependencies to surface and mitigate quality risks at integration points.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of post-Bachelor’s experience in software testing and/or software development.
Master’s degree in a technical field plus 2+ years of post-grad testing or software development experience.
PhD in a relevant technical field.
Proficiency with object-oriented programming in Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, or similar.
Experience with client and/or mobile test automation frameworks like XCTest/XCUITest, Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or Espresso.
Deep understanding of quality-related agile methodologies and experience applying them throughout the SDLC.
Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or continuous integration/delivery systems (preferred).
