What you'll do

  • Lead functional, regression, automation, and performance testing for complex software products.
  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts aligned with product requirements.
  • Identify, document, report, and track software defects through resolution using established processes.
  • Execute automation testing activities and maintain automated test scripts to ensure repeatable validation.
  • Perform performance testing to validate system behavior and identify issues impacting reliability or scalability.
  • Analyze requirements and clarify acceptance criteria with development and product teams to improve coverage.
  • Provide updates on testing, quality risks, and release readiness during Agile ceremonies.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing for software products or technology platforms.
  • Must have 6+ years of experience creating test strategies, plans, cases, and defect documentation for complex initiatives.
  • Must have 6+ years of experience collaborating with development, product, and engineering teams to validate requirements.
  • Must have 6+ years of experience using Agile methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Must have 6+ years of experience communicating test results, defect trends, and release risks to stakeholders.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience with automation testing tools, frameworks, or scripting approaches.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience with performance testing processes, tools, or analysis.
  • Work authorization to be considered for this role.
