Senior Quality Analyst, Level 3

What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive inspection plans to identify product defects.
• Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
• Investigate root causes of defects with Quality Engineering to develop corrective actions.
• Conduct surveillance audits to ensure compliance with F-35 Quality Management Plan.
• Coordinate defect containment actions to mitigate potential issues in production.

What we're looking for

• Experience analyzing data and conducting root cause analysis.
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Strong background in reading blueprints, engineering specifications, and technical data.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and project management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of leadership.
• High ethical standards and adaptability to changing conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
