Strong communication skills are essential for this role that requires occasional travel and interaction with the customer to ensure process compliance and product quality.

What you'll do

Facilitate root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans for software issues.
Conduct internal audits and evaluate process/product performance to ensure compliance.
Provide quality assurance support during peer reviews, SW audits, and testing phases.
Develop and analyze software quality metrics to track program health and progress.
Interface with customers and engineering teams to ensure processes meet contractual requirements.
Support ALIS/ODIN Quality Management System activities, including AS9100 compliance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience with system/software dependencies and Agile Development Frameworks.
Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Ability to conduct and document process audits.
Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles and certifications preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
