QA/Test Developer

What you'll do

• Develop and recommend testing standards and quality technologies to ensure product robustness.
• Perform exploratory testing using industry-leading practices to identify defects and bugs.
• Drive the adoption of test automation for unit, integration, and functional tests.
• Collaborate on story development to ensure testability is built into applications from the start.
• Identify root causes of defects and work with developers to prevent recurring issues.
• Implement quality technologies to ensure all failure scenarios are considered and refactored.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience is required in developing testing standards and applying quality technologies to ensure product robustness.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams is required.
• Proficiency in exploratory testing techniques to identify defects and determine root causes is required.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks, including unit, integration, and functional tests, is required.
• Experience in collaborative story development from definition through deployment is required.
• Experience with cloud-based testing tools and technologies is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of exploratory testing practices is preferred.
