What you'll do

Support new products transitioning to production, ensuring smooth onboarding or sustainment.
Map vehicle-level requirements to subsystems or components with the system architect.
Procure, build, test, and analyze hardware against requirements, maintaining verification plans.
Implement incremental product improvements for reliability, performance, and manufacturability.
Create and maintain BOMs, parts, assemblies, drawings, and technical procedures for engines.

What we're looking for

3+ years experience in Design Engineering, Sustaining, or hands-on R&D role.
BS or higher degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
Proficient in CAD software (NX or Solidworks) and mechanical drawings.
Experience with release management in PLM systems like Teamcenter.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
US Person status required for access to export-controlled data.
Experience procuring parts, machine shop work, and manufacturing methods.
