What you'll do

  • Support new products transitioning to production, ensuring smooth onboarding or sustainment.
  • Map vehicle-level requirements to subsystems or components with the system architect.
  • Procure, build, test, and analyze hardware against requirements, maintaining verification plans.
  • Implement incremental product improvements for reliability, performance, and manufacturability.
  • Create and maintain BOMs, parts, assemblies, drawings, and technical procedures for engines.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years experience in Design Engineering, Sustaining, or hands-on R&D role.
  • BS or higher degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Proficient in CAD software (NX or Solidworks) and mechanical drawings.
  • Experience with release management in PLM systems like Teamcenter.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • US Person status required for access to export-controlled data.
  • Experience procuring parts, machine shop work, and manufacturing methods.
