What you'll do

- Set availability targets, allocate to subsystems, and determine mitigation plans.
- Participate in Fault Tree Analysis and create System DFMEA for propulsion systems.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of relevant experience in propulsion systems engineering.
- BS or MS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical, or Computer Science Engineering.
- Extensive experience with transmission and engine controls, calibration, hardware design.
- Understanding of system development processes including verification and validation.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and lead technical teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and negotiate effectively.
- DFSS Blackbelt certification required; Master Blackbelt preferred.
