What you'll do

Serve as the primary on-site liaison between client stakeholders and the PMO to capture and action requirements.
Manage secure document and data transfers across classified and unclassified networks while maintaining version control.
Support meetings by documenting requirements, capturing formal minutes, and tracking action items to closure.
Synchronize complex schedules across multiple secure calendars, time zones, and remote teams.
Oversee account access requests, credentialing workflows, ticket submissions, and onboarding support.
Coordinate on-site meeting logistics including facility availability, visitor access, and remote team participation.
Identify workflow gaps between client and remote teams and propose scalable process improvements.
Track program milestones, upcoming releases, due dates, and acquisition requirements to keep teams informed.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance with a Polygraph.
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance with a Polygraph.
Must have a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
Must have 5+ years of related experience.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
Must have familiarity with secure data transfer protocols and handling sensitive/classified materials.
Security clearance level: Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
