What you'll do

Manage day-to-day operations and governance processes for the Office of Cyber Security.
Develop and maintain the briefing schedule and coordinate meeting logistics.

Track action items through completion using the customer's internal tracking systems.
Draft correspondence, briefing notes, decision memoranda, and talking points for senior leadership.
Review deliverables for grammar, flow, and completeness before submission.
Maintain official records and ensure organizational compliance with cybersecurity regulations.
Assess and rapidly adapt to changing requirements and sponsor directives.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
Must be a United States Citizen.
Must have 8+ years of related experience.
Must have a degree or technical training in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Must possess skills in Information Technology Project Management, Communication, Meeting Management, and Microsoft Office.
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional and collaborative demeanor.
Must have very strong organizational skills and extremely high attention to detail.
