What you'll do

Manage day-to-day operations and governance processes for the Office of Cyber Security.
Coordinate meeting logistics, manage briefing schedules, and ensure materials are submitted on time.

Draft correspondence, briefing notes, decision memoranda, and talking points for senior leadership.
Maintain official records and documentation within customer systems with role-based access.

Review all deliverables for grammar, flow, and completeness before submission.
Utilize transcription software and AI tools to interpret transcripts and generate reports.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
8 or more years of related experience required.
Degree, technical training, or certifications in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Proficiency in Information Technology Project Management and Microsoft Office.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple organizations and manage complex meeting logistics.
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Polygraph.
