The Project Manager, Embedded Finance leads implementation-focused projects connecting clients, partners, and internal teams to Embedded Finance solutions. Working within the financial services and payment processing domain, this role coordinates delivery activities across product, engineering, operations, and compliance functions to support onboarding, readiness, and launch. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, milestones, and dependencies while managing risks, issues, and budgets. The successful candidate will facilitate stakeholder meetings, maintain governance materials, and coordinate testing for third-party payment platform initiatives. Lead implementation planning and delivery for fintech, partner, and client onboarding projects.

What we're looking for
8+ years of experience managing implementation projects from initiation through launch and stabilization using Agile methodologies in technology or financial services.
8+ years of experience managing projects in the financial services industry, including client implementations and cross-functional delivery coordination.
6+ years of experience supporting Embedded Finance, fintech, payment processing, or third-party platform implementations.
6+ years of experience managing project plans, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets for technology-focused implementation programs.
5+ years of experience coordinating testing, launch readiness, and go-live activities across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
5+ years of experience creating implementation documentation, status reporting, and governance materials using project management tools and standard delivery frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, or military experience.
Work authorization to be considered for this role.
