Join Lockheed Martin’s Fleet Ballistic Missiles (FBM) team as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) within the Post Boost Control System (PBCS) hardware IPT, where you will collaborate with Navy partners and LM leadership to manage technical, schedule, and budget plans for PBCS hardware. Your daily tasks include coordinating long-range plans, contributing to new business trade studies, and enhancing cross-discipline product development. You will also serve as the technical interface between FBM management, systems engineering, quality teams, and Navy counterparts. This role requires a 4-year degree in Engineering or related fields, knowledge of Earned Value Management, and experience in project management. Desired skills include missile/aerospace education, FBM processes expertise, resource estimation, IMS drafting, and DoD project management with EVM. What you'll do

What we're looking for

Knowledge of Earned Value Management and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Experience with FBM processes, products, and aerospace manufacturing.
Proficiency in resource estimation, component development, and project planning.
Strong communication skills and demonstrated leadership in technical environments.
Understanding of risk management and continuous improvement concepts.
