What you'll do

  • Analyze compute utilization trends to support capacity planning and resource optimization.
  • Identify and resolve engineering compute inefficiencies by partnering with teams.
  • Drive adoption of AI solutions to optimize compute resources and improve productivity.
  • Monitor dashboards to track capacity, utilization, and identify efficiency issues.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to enhance compute efficiency initiatives.
  • Support AI productivity initiatives by tracking adoption and measuring impact.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing new AI-based tools for operational effectiveness.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
  • 2-3 years of Program Analyst experience or equivalent work experience needed.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and tools like Excel, Visio, and Project.
  • Experience creating, scheduling, and maintaining program plans using management tools.
  • Analyze compute utilization trends to support capacity planning and resource optimization.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions for optimizing engineering productivity and efficiency.
