What you'll do

Analyze compute utilization trends to support capacity planning and resource optimization.
Identify and resolve engineering compute inefficiencies by partnering with teams.
Drive adoption of AI solutions to optimize compute resources and improve productivity.
Monitor dashboards to track capacity, utilization, and identify efficiency issues.
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to enhance compute efficiency initiatives.
Support AI productivity initiatives by tracking adoption and measuring impact.
Assist in evaluating and implementing new AI-based tools for operational effectiveness.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
2-3 years of Program Analyst experience or equivalent work experience needed.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and tools like Excel, Visio, and Project.
Experience creating, scheduling, and maintaining program plans using management tools.
Analyze compute utilization trends to support capacity planning and resource optimization.
