What we're looking for
Minimum 10 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or technical program management in enterprise software environments.
Minimum 3 years of experience in product ownership and Agile/Scrum mastery to lead multi-squad delivery teams and manage backlogs.
Minimum 2 years of experience with agentic AI fluency, including knowledge of agentic SDLC, AI platforms (Jira, Dovetail), and cloud stacks (AWS, Azure).
Minimum 10 years of experience in executive stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, finance, and the C-suite.
Minimum 10 years of experience with enterprise integration (SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft) and portfolio-level budget planning.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience); if an Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience is required.
Experience in Oil & Gas, industrial, or B2B enterprise environments (preferred).
AI/ML certification, MBA, or familiarity with SAFe frameworks (preferred).
