Program Manager, OT Engineering Labs

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end execution of OT projects for engineering labs and cleanroom environments.
• Build and manage detailed project plans including scope, milestones, and resource coordination.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings with GIS, Engineering, Facilities, and Information Security stakeholders.
• Drive clear communication of project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage vendor activities, ensuring timely delivery and integration of equipment and systems.
• Ensure alignment with OT cybersecurity requirements and collaborate with Information Security teams.

What we're looking for

• At least 8 years of experience in leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage global teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems and cybersecurity requirements.
• Familiarity with engineering lab or cleanroom environments preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification required.
