As a Program Manager, Open Architecture, you will serve as the single point of ownership for a growing portfolio of government reference architecture programs. You will manage end-to-end program lifecycles by partnering with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders to align technical, cost, and schedule baselines while ensuring all contract deliverables are met. Your daily work involves managing budgets, tracking funding burn, performing risk and issue management, and leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments. You will act as the primary interface for government program offices during technical interchange meetings. What we're looking for
5+ years of progressive experience in program management on government or defense programs including ownership of cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Active US Secret clearance.
Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering.
Experience with government reference architectures.
Hands-on experience planning, driving, and delivering CDRLs while managing submission schedules and compliance.
Proven track record as the primary interface to a government program office for reviews and technical meetings.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources including tracking burn against funding and producing EAC/ETC forecasts.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (advanced technical degree preferred).
