Program Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the lifecycle of emerging proposals by forecasting resources and coordinating with engineering leads on capacity and performance.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers to explain product capabilities at both executive and layperson levels.
• Support international growth initiatives by consulting on product-market fit and participating in high-visibility government engagements.
• Communicate the technical, financial, and operational justifications for new Air Defense technologies to stakeholders.
• Lead multiple cross-functional projects independently to resolve complex problems in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Serve as a versatile generalist capable of owning end-to-end solutions for unforeseen organizational needs.
• Translate complex engineering and production roadmaps into actionable information for international development opportunities.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years as a cross-functional leader in hardware and/or software organizations.
• Demonstrated success delivering technology to large commercial institutions or government organizations.
• Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers across specializations.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret / Top Secret security clearance.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Advanced Degree (preferred).
• Experience in rapid prototype development, fielding, robot autonomy, machine learning, sensor fusion, or data analytics (preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
